Should I print the travel reports? .

The parts will be printed, making registry books of between 100 and 500 sheets, which will be available to the State Security Forces and Bodies. Even if it is carried out using external software and/or it is filed electronically, the physical book must be prepared in accordance with current legislation and until it is updated, which is currently in the pipeline. The establishments must keep the registry books for a period of 3 years.

Module: Statistics I.N.E. (Spain)

• Statistics sending module I.N.E. with XML file.

Module: OCR identification documents

• Automatically enter the traveler’s data (Photo, Signature and Copy of the document), with any approved identification document (D.N.I., Passport, driving license, residence permit, …).
• You can do this with your scanner or with a Fujistsu Fi-65F scanner (which we can supply) optimized for this job (3 sec scan+OCR per side).
• New Or, with a Fujitsu Fi-800R scanner (Optimized IdemHOTEL). Reading in a single pass (on both sides) of identification documents. Unique in the market that is capable of reading Passports with front feeding (scanning with return)

Module: POS Bar/Restaurant

Integrated POS for Bar and Restaurant. You can assign a ticket to the reservation as a service, for later payment from the room.

With the experience of IdemHOTEL we have developed a WEB (Adaptable – Responsive) specifically for the hotel industry that includes online reservations.

– WEB reservations are shown with a ‘W’ on the grid. And in a separate window, a list with all the reservations entered from the WEB and that we have not reviewed.

Módulo: CHANNEL MANAGER

With this module you will have updated all the contracted channels (Booking, Expedia, HRS, …), both availability and prices.

• The reservations that arrive from the channels will be automatically imported into IdemHOTEL
• Receive incoming messages of new reservations on your mobile.
• The virtual cards of Booking, available in the reservation itself. An alarm will be created for the day after the reservation starts, to remind you that it is available for payment.
• Reserves will appear on the grid with ‘Ch’ on it.

Module: HEATING

– With this module controls the heating on/off.

Options:

• Power on according to power cycles defined by days of the week and hours.
• On/Off for a certain time, defined by the user (HH:MM), until a new cycle.

Module: Link with Unattended Kiosk.
